Try Kinkos or Staples. I'm not sure what you mean by the term cards, it means that the card has been designed on the computer, but if so, then you are able to do a print original and Kinkos, or d 'brackets as many as you want to print.
I was drafted the programs for my daughter's wedding a few years ago and printed a copy and sent on the morning of Kinko's (for her wedding, the wedding at 2:00 clock) and soon we will need a loan.
