Can I register/get TX #'s for a boat in Texas without a title? - texas boating laws
A boat was given to me without a title. He had previously called and the number of Texas in 2002 in another village, where I am today. Can I have a lost like a car? He is a 1975 Terry also a title for the motor, if it must be built before the law is in force?

Not compared to the same question of you, can not the title of a boat or trailer registration of a vessel without going through the DMV a notice to the property for the current owner of the property to give clearance. That's given up the law and must be legally acquired property by a title or registration.
Must be able to you through the process, how to get adequate notice and time to give the owners manual can take claim. I am not sure whether a sale or the authorization of a disclaimer.
Once the required documents have been provided, I believe that the state DMV or state police are trying to inform the owner appears on the title to the boat trailer and / or recording on the boat. Whether in writing or by telephone, probably in writing. Then the person will likely pay from 30 days to the costs of storage and has a contract for the sale to the assertion of the boat show.
After this period elapses, and the owner is a no-show, the system automatically updates the state DMV release should be able to claim the title of the boat and trailer systemsDemonstration of the boat.
A motorboat has no title, only the tractor tracks. If the boat is a speedboat, the serial number of the motor is required for the registration of the ship.
I recommend a trip to your local DMV in your state before convienence and ask.
The information you need for this trip to the DMV is:
The trailer VIN identification number (which appears in the trailer)
Boat HIN (Hull Identification Number)
If you have an outboard, the serial number on the boat's motor.
The state registration of appellation of origin (TX), and the registration number of boat trailers.
